2 Third-Party Search & Behavioral Tracking (Constructor.io)
We integrate Constructor.io ("Constructor"), an automated search, auto-suggest, and behavioral discovery provider. To power real-time AI service suggestions, Constructor utilizes JavaScript tracking beacons and telemetry scripts (`cnstrc.com`).
What Constructor Processes:
- Search queries, selected autocomplete items, and page interaction events.
- Device session tokens, index keys, and page type tags (`home`, `services`).
- Hashed or pseudonymous User IDs (when logged into an active session) to personalize search ranking relevance.
Constructor processes this telemetry data solely on our behalf to improve discovery accuracy and train our matching models. Constructor does not sell or distribute servizzGO search behavior data to external advertisers.

Financial transactions on servizzGO are handled exclusively by our payment processor, Stripe, Inc. servizzGO does not store full credit card numbers or sensitive CVV codes on our servers. Stripe collects and processes payment information in accordance with PCI-DSS compliance standards and their own privacy disclosures.
